El Salvador 2011: On Jan. 7th, a group of us from the University of Dayton flew to El Salvador for a 10 day Encounter, through a group called CRISPAZ (Christians for Peace in El Salvador.) This blog will help our family and friends to have a better idea about the challenging aspects of El Salvador, as well as the rewarding parts of our trip as well. Our goal is to help make others aware of the history and culture of this country, as well as share the stories of the individuals that we met during our trip.
